I just finished 'City of Bones' by Cassandra Clare. The main character Clary, short for Clarissa, finds herself thrust into a world of Shadowhunters, demons, and supernatural creatures. She witnesses a murder but the victim disappears right before her eyes. Shortly after, she finds her mother missing and the adventures begin. Those who enjoy fast paced fantasy novels should try out this first novel in the Mortal Instruments series.

The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman is not a haunting book. After his entire family is murdered Bod, short for Nobody, finds himself being raised by a community of loving ghosts. Bod lives comfortably roaming the boundaries of the graveyard experiencing many new and exciting adventures. He only encounters danger when he ventures outside the walls of the yard. This Newberry Award winning book is recommended for all ages.

I just read Fad far away. This story is about a girl who's father suffers from a brain tumor and a mother who barely knows she is there. I loved this book. I think the book had a wonderful ending and I loved the way it was written.

The book Marked by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast is an exalent book. It start with Zoey and how her life went from bad to OMG. The mark she received was only the begining to what was to come. She was to become a vampyre, not even knowing if she was going to live through the four years it took to fully change into something beautiful. Through her jorney into her new world she meets her new friends and enemys and she fights for whats right. The House of Night serise is just great all together. Zoey goes through so much continues through out all the house of night books. This is just something you should read for your self. Enjoy. >^_^<

I just finished reading Dairy Queen by Catherine Gilbert Murdock. It's a charming coming-of-age story told from fifteen-year-old D.J. Schwenk's point of view. D.J. is a tomboy growing up in Wisconsin. The book mainly deals with her family problems and the obstacles she must overcome when she tries out for her high school's football team. I loved this book as it has an earnest yet quirky quality to it and will have readers rooting for D.J. the whole time.
